We provide off-page SEO work on a monthly subscription: authority building, directory and citation work, supporting content placement, and a monthly report describing what was delivered. The specific volumes for each plan are shown on our pricing page and form part of these terms.
We also provide a free SEO audit. The audit is a diagnostic report. It is provided as-is, and requesting one places you under no obligation.
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue, and nobody honestly can: search results depend on your competitors, your market, your website and Google’s own systems, none of which we control. We describe what we deliver, not what will result from it.
The SwoopSEO Score is our own diagnostic measure and is not a Google metric. Backlink, ranking and site-strength figures come from third-party indexes and are those providers’ observations, not guarantees of accuracy.
We do not place fake reviews, fake testimonials, or anything designed to misrepresent your business. If that is what you want, we are not the right supplier.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access. You must give accurate information, and you must have the right to authorise SEO work for any website you submit to us.
Subscriptions are billed in advance each month (or each year for annual plans) through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. There is no contract period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next charge; the month you have already paid for is delivered in full.
Because each month’s work is placed with third parties as it is performed, payments already made are non-refundable once that month’s work has begun, except where required by law or where we have failed to deliver what the plan describes. If you think that has happened, email us — we would rather sort it out than argue about it.
The free audit costs us real money in crawling and data. It is rate-limited per address, per domain and per network, and it is for sites you own or are authorised to analyse. Automated or bulk use is not permitted.
You keep ownership of your website, brand and anything you give us. You grant us the licence needed to perform the work — to reference your business, submit your details to directories, and publish supporting content that links to you.
Reports we produce are yours to use. The templates, scoring methodology and software behind them remain ours.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that abuses the service, does not pay, or asks us to do something deceptive or unlawful. If we end your subscription without cause, we refund the unused portion of the current period.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost rankings or indirect losses.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email the address on your account at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and the courts of [Jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
